Retro Ornament Shadowbox Card Assembly

• Cream cardstock

• Pink cardstock

• Blue-green cardstock

• Yellow cardstock

• Light red cardstock

• Black cardstock

• Smooth white cardstock (for the inside, if you are using textured cardstock)

• Glue

• Double-sided foam tape (narrow)

I used Encore textured cardstock from 12×12 Cardstock Shop for this card in the following colors:

• Vermillion

• Parfait

• Jade Ring

• Jet Black

• Touch of Peach

• Golden Amber

Assembly Steps

Tip: To help support the ornaments on the second and third layers, stack foam tape underneath them.

1. Fold and score the card base. Attach the smooth white insert inside the card.

2. Glue the decorative pieces to each ornament.

3. Glue the round snowflake ornament on the first frame layer (widest border).

4. Glue the long yellow ornament on the second frame layer.

5. Glue the teardrop red ornament on the top frame layer.

6. Using foam tape, attach the first frame layer to the front of the card.

7. Using foam tape, attach the second frame layer on top of the first frame.

8. Using foam tape attach the third frame layer on top of the second frame.
